Use of Services

SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Effirity SRL offers an optional SMS notification program that delivers account notifications (such as service alerts, security notifications, and billing reminders) related to our services, including BusyProxy and BusySMS. By opting in you agree to the following:
- Consent: You will only receive messages if you have expressly opted in through our website by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See How SMS Opt-In Works.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your account activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your unsubscription, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Our SMS program is used exclusively for account notifications. We do not send third-party marketing or promotional messages of any kind.

All content on this website and in our services is the property of Effirity SRL or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Effirity SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
